Aims
  • To provide graduates with essential and up-to-date knowledge in the area of sales, marketing, and management in order to enable career advancement.
  • To improve graduate's interpersonal and technical business communication skills.
  • To enable students to acquire skills that will boost sales performance and retain a consistent clientele base.
  • To provide trainees with an understanding of how to conceptualize and develop sales plans based upon the demands of the local and international market.
  • To examine successful and failed business models through case studies and evaluate potential reasons for their respective outcomes.

Target Group
  • Sales men, Sales supervisors, Sales manager in private organizations and companies who wants to develop their skills to improve their performance and Post job.
  • Fresh graduates who want to get good job opportunity in area of: sales – marketing – customer services.
  • The employees in any department related to selling or customers in order to get suitable skills & practices are needed for their tasks.
Program duration
5 weeks. Approximately 10 study hours per week for a total of about 50 study hours.
Assessment methods
In order to successfully complete the course you will be required to submit one short essay (c.1000 words) and achieve an overall passing grade.
Certification

To be awarded the certificate you must satisfactorily complete all written contributions. Successful students will receive a Certificate, awarded by the Board of Studies of AIES Department for Continuing Education. A transcript detailing the course will be issued to successful students.
